Adolescent & Couples Psychologist
Sarah is a registered psychologist who provides evidence-based strategies to address a range of issues affecting young people, adults and couples. With over twenty years' experience, she works with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, relational trauma, and recovery from abuse.
Sarah supports clients in breaking free from self-defeating patterns such as perfectionism and self-sacrifice. She offers experienced guidance for those navigating life transitions, including perinatal and perimenopausal experiences, and later-life ADHD diagnosis. Sarah has extensive experience supporting clients through complex relationship challenges, separation and divorce.
Sarah's approach is compassionate, depathologising, and grounded in trauma- and neurodiversity-informed practice. She partners with each client to address immediate challenges whilst identifying the root causes of recurring patterns, collaboratively building a robust toolkit for lasting positive change. Her practice integrates proven therapeutic frameworks including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and Gottman methods for relationship concerns. Sarah brings warmth, authenticity and thoughtful humour to her therapeutic relationships.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours from the University of Sydney. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Sarah consults on alternative Tuesdays 10am - 2pm and Wednesdays 2pm - 6pm
