Bridget is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with over six years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Bridget will be working as a clinical lead at our Woollahra Clinic.

Bridget has a strong background in private practice and multidisciplinary settings, where she has provided evidence-based therapy, diagnostic assessments, and supervision to clinicians. She has extensive experience supporting young people with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, and complex family circumstances. She applies a variety of evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused approaches, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and parenting strategies.

As a Board Approved Supervisor, Bridget is passionate about mentoring psychologists and fostering reflective, collaborative practice. She has also held senior leadership roles, including Practice Principal, where she was responsible for service development, multidisciplinary team support, clinic operations, and quality assurance. She is highly skilled in administering and interpreting a wide range of diagnostic assessments, including those for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and Specific Learning Disorders.

At Quirky Kid, Bridget combines her clinical expertise and leadership experience to guide the psychology team, strengthen service delivery, and ensure high-quality support for children, young people, and their families.

Qualifications

Bridget holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland. She maintains general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Psychologist and is a Board Approved Supervisor. Bridget is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
