We are excited to welcome Toongabbie Christian College in Toongabbie, NSW to our Best of Friends® program.
The Best of Friends® is an evidence-based and multi-award-winning social and emotional learning program (SEL) developed by Quirky Kid that is now used by dozens of schools and clinics around the world.
About Toongabbie Christian College
Established in 1981, Toongabbie Christian College's is an Independent Christian school with over 1000 students, where students are given opportunities to grow in their understanding with committed Christian teaching staff who provide a quality education guided by a pedagogy that meets the academic, spiritual, physical, social and emotional needs of each student.
Toongabbie Christian College's wellbeing approach involves applying their College values of Faith, Honour, Excellence, Creativity and Service to ensure students are provided with the skills required to flourish within society through dynamic and exciting learning environments that focus on the social and emotional wellbeing of their students.

How The Best of Friends® program will be implemented at Toongabbie Christian College
The Best of Friends® program will launch at Toongabbie Christian College in 2022 and be closely supported by our team of facilitators. Each participant will receive a copy of the exclusive workbook developed by Quirky Kid. To offer students the necessary support, facilitators and parents will have access to an extensive range of information, manuals and regular supervision as required.
To ensure appropriate evaluation, each child and group will complete psychometric testing of their social and emotional skills before and after The Best of Friends® program to measure the outcome of the intervention. Evaluation and monitoring is an important component of the program.
