Rebecca Ryan is a Provisional Psychologist at the Quirky Kid Clinic in Austinmer. Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at the University of New England and is currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Wollongong. With 20 years’ experience working locally and internationally, Rebecca started her career in the corporate world consulting with organisations and executives in the area of people and culture. Her specialties have included change management, communication and psychosocial safety. More recently, Rebecca has focused on working with children, adolescents and parents, providing cognitive assessments and psychological therapies.
Rebecca has received training in the administration, scoring and interpretation of psychometric assessments including the Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V), Weschler Individual Achievement Test (WIAT-III), and the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-IV). Rebecca is also trained in a range of psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Rebecca holds Provisional Registration with the Australian Psychology Board (AHPRA) and is under the supervision of Dr Kimberley O’Brien.
