Just attended the evening for COG at Salamander Bay, Port Stephens with Dr Kimberley presenting a great display and a load of info. Was very informative and lots of tools to take away and use at home. Thank you Kimberley and Jacqui. This ‘remote’ community needs your assistance and insight. I appreciate you t…ravelling up and back to Sydney and hope that it will be the first of many successful visits to the Bay.

Thanks so much – just received the JLW card set. Beautifully presented and illustrated, with a lovely feel to the cards. I will enjoy using them in therapy.

I’ve just opened the exquisitely packed resource cards and am blown away by just how brilliant they are: beautiful, unique and touching so many real situations…like nothing I’ve seen.
I just had to write to say thanks! I’m excited about how we can use them in our Wellbeing classes, working with small groups and with individualn
kids. Thanks also for getting them to me so quickly.

My son Connor attended a workshop in Melbourne early in the Year. Two days after the clinic Connor was to start at a new school.
Connor learnt a few tips at the workshop which we spoke about on the way home in the car. During the first term at his new school we revisited that same conversation several times to reinforce the things he learnt.
Connors new skill set has helped him shine at his new school. He now has a few friendship groups to choose from when he plays instead of walking around alone each day at lunch time and snack.
This has obviously rolled over into his learning which is also fantastic. His report was brilliant and he is travelling in leaps and bounds. Tonight he told me how he went and had a meeting with the Assistant Principal today about ideas he has for the school. As a result the AP has invited him onto the junior School Council, a position where usually peers vote for their representative. The AP has skipped this procedure and asked could he go.
A big thankyou to Kimberley, Connor couldn’t have done it without you.

I love using cards as a therapeutic tool, conversation starter and alternative means to access narratives about children lives and experiences. Love using your cards, and I have just purchased a series of the “Just like when” cards which are stunningly beautiful and aesthetically engaging.
